Our client was Mr. Hale. He had a rental home in Atlanta that had a leak and he needed us to find the leak and fix it. We told him that we could guarantee we would be able to find the leak and fix it .
How We Repaired This Roof Leak
The roof was pretty new, so the client was shocked that it had such a bad leak so soon after being reroofed. We were able to find the leak as soon as we got on the roof because the previous roofers had punched a hole through the shingles right below where a piece of decking had popped up. This extra nail caused a flat spot and a weakness in the area. In order to fix the roof, we sealed up the hole. We continued to inspect the roof and found a ripped pipe boot that needed sealing as it was allowing water into the attic. We sealed that as well.
Atlanta Roof Leak Results
This client was very happy to have his roof fixed and even happier to have it not be a big expensive problem. The tenant was also happy! We were able to complete the job on the same day we came out to inspect. This client knew us because we had provided roofing services earlier that year for him on another home. He was satisfied with those services so he called us up again.
