Hog Valley Roof Repair
Sarah is an old client of ours whose home we have worked on in the past. She had a leak in the back of her home coming into her back entry, so she asked if we could fix it for her. We found that the old shingles in a small hog valley had failed so we bid to replace them.
The old shingles had to be removed first, then we could see what the problem was. Water was pooling in an area where the old shingles had failed and the underlayment was also deteriorated and failed. Moisture was getting into the wood decking below. We removed all the old felt paper and installed ice and water shield. Finally we added the new shingles. Our client was very happy to have no more leak stains inside her home.
