Misplaced Shingles
The wind had torn off several shingles on the corner of a rental home roof that needed repairing. We bid to take out the torn shingles and replace them with new ones. The new shingles would hold up better to wind and not allow water into the home. This was a quick and short roof repair.
To do this job, we removed the old shingles and found old, worn felt paper underneath. We replaced the ratty felt paper and installed new ice and water shield underlayment. We then installed new shingles.
